

Nasi Kandar is a popular northern Malaysian dish which consist of steamed rice combined with array of distinct curries, side dishes and gravies.
For this week Vegan Nasi Kandar, we will be serving steamed white rice with vegetables curry, sweet onion sambal, spicy
potato sambal, stir-fried cabbage, steamed lady’s fingers with papadam.


Vegan jelly made from algae extract flavoured with longan fruit is a light and refreshing desert to have especially during hot days.
