Spring is here, and the sun seems to be making guest appearances. We thought we would show some appreciation for that and create a spring-themed dinner with our volunteer Carl Oscar and team. Pre/hors d’oeuvres:
- Herby chickpea dip
- Fresh sourdough Foccacia
Main:
- Zesty roasted garlic potato puré
- Charred and glazed cabbage
- Asparagus and fennel salad
- Fried chickpeas
- Pickled jalapenos
- Basil and lemon oil
Well, that menu could sell paper to a tree. Come by this Sunday; let’s get together, share food, socialize, and support our community. Our food is always authentic, fresh, plant-based, and homemade, with much passion and love. We start at 17:00, and our kitchen closes at 19:00, but you can stay until 20:00.
