This Sunday we will be cooking up a legumes/pea “risotto”, with no rice but lots of tasty legumes and peas instead🫛. On the side we will serve a bean salad with crispy onion, spinach and pumpkin seeds 🤤. This will be a second attempt after last month’s cancelled event :).
