This week we’re bringing you a fully vegan version of a portuguese favourite – “codfish with cream”. Keeping the traditional potatoes, but replacing the fish with tofu and leeks, and the cream with vegan béchamel, this tasty dish has left previous Onebowl guests crying for more 😉
