This Sunday, we bring you a special meal from a guest chef 😉 Get ready for a historical fusion of Chinese dishes and techniques with a Cambodian flair! 🇨🇳🇰🇭 Our lovely volunteers will be serving golden crispy chive rice cakes (num kachay) with a dipping sauce, and a hearty rice noodle soup 🍜 with veggies and leafy greens garnished with fresh herbs (kuy teav).
